This Privacy Policy explains what PodFlip, the Windows application, stores and sends, and what this website (trivera.ai/podflip/) collects. PodFlip is published by Trivera Interactive, Inc. ("Trivera", "we", "us").
1. What PodFlip stores on your computer
PodFlip stores data only on your own Windows computer. Nothing described in this section is sent to Trivera.

You can remove this data at any time by deleting your saved credential from Windows Credential Manager and deleting PodFlip's local data folder.
2. What PodFlip sends over the internet
PodFlip connects only to ElevenLabs' API. When you test your connection, PodFlip sends your API key to ElevenLabs to verify it. When you generate a podcast, PodFlip sends your transcript text and the Voice IDs you selected to ElevenLabs so it can produce the audio. PodFlip does not send your transcript, your Voice IDs, your API key or any other data to Trivera. Trivera has no server that PodFlip communicates with.
ElevenLabs' own handling of the data you send it is governed by ElevenLabs' privacy policy, not this one.
3. No telemetry
PodFlip does not include analytics, telemetry, crash reporting or any other usage-tracking code. We verified this directly against the application's source code before publishing this policy.
4. This website's own data practices
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking script. The only script on this page is structured data (JSON-LD) that helps search engines understand the page; it does not track you. Our hosting provider may keep standard web server access logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) in the ordinary course of operating the server, as most web hosts do; we do not use these logs for tracking or marketing.
5. Payment data
If you purchase PodFlip, your payment is handled by Trivera's authorized reseller, a third-party payment processor. Your payment card or billing details are collected and processed by that reseller under its own privacy policy; Trivera does not receive or store your full payment card details.
6. Children
PodFlip and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
